Steve
Messina is an
entrepreneur and inventor who began his career as an instructor
for Cleveland’s Aviation High School. His experience there led him to
engineering/technical positions with companies such as Boeing,
General Dynamics and United Technologies
Mostek. He is a
graduate of The Ohio State University and furthered his
education at Cleveland State University.
While at Boeing, Messina honed
his skills working with their innovative process of developing
and engineering a new method of plane design without the use of
mock build-up and received training on a novel engineering
aerospace CAD system called CATIA. At United Technology, he was fortunate
to gain knowledge of front-end photo-resist operations utilized
in manufacturing memory devices known as micro-processors or
semi-conductors.
During the U.S. “Cold War” build up, Messina continued his
employment with the afore-mentioned Department of Defense
contractors under President Regan’s two trillion dollar defense
budget. During this time, he gained broad, in-depth
manufacturing experience in front end operational areas of
material and production control, as well as the technical
aspects of engineering functions for new product development,
design, fabrication and final assembly procedures.
Messina now describes himself in the final and last
stage of his career - an American Inventor. He has
ventured out on his own to develop and engineer an idea for a
fluid dispersion system which has recently been granted United
States and international patent rights.
